The original concept for Brunch Holiday as a British Inspired Breakfast Food Truck was the brain-child of Timmy and Tilly Brock. The result of a wonderful love story created by a southern boy and foodie who fell in love with an English girl and all things British.
Since Brunch Holiday’s humble beginnings, our concept has morphed into a unique blend of southern cuisine, fused with British and European inspired flavors that can be enjoyed for brunch or any time of day.
