When Bertha was remodeled and ready for service. Co-Founders Tilly from Birmingham, England and Tim Brock from Charleston, SC created Brunch Holiday for people to enjoy delicious Brunch flavors with Quality ingredients complimenting each other. Inspired by British Breakfast Ingredients we use cured back bacon and hearty sage sausages with traditional British fare; baked beans, mushrooms, fresh stewed seasoned tomatoes on tasty artisan bread. Our specials always rotate and are inclusive of favorite Sunday dinners, and hearty southern kitchen favorites, along with unique takes on American and British classics. Fresh is our forte.
